Our Team
The husband and wife team of Chris and Lorrie will guide you along the process and take care of every need along the way. Getting a home inspection or environmental test can be stressful and we’re here to make it as painless as possible.
Lorrie Farver
Hi, I’m Lorrie Farver. My husband Chris and I have been married for 41 years and we work together every day to take care of our customers. I love helping our customers with the process of purchasing their new home or business. I have been with Chris on over 500 engagements and I have worked in the manufactured home industry project managing the installation and setup of new homes for customers. We treat our customers like family and the way we would want our family treated. I truly have caring compassion for helping our customers. I have built friendships just by having a customer engage us. I have customers tell me that they know why they were referred to us it’s because we really care about taking care of our customers.
Chris Farver
I served in the United States Navy Submarine Service and we have two sons who have also served in the military. Lorrie and I both have dedicated our careers to helping people obtain peace of mind in their home or business. I grew up in a family of union workers who also taught me many trade skills. My construction experience started when I built a log home in the 90s that Lorrie and I lived in for 18 years, raising our two boys. I have experience as a general contractor and hands-on experience with all aspects of residential and commercial building. We have performed over 1,000 inspection and testing services in the last 5 years. This has also given me the expertise to help diagnose and provide a resolution plan for almost any environmental issue that exists in your home or business.
Lance Fairchild
Hi, I’m Lance Fairchild. I’ve been blessed with a wife of 24 years and two grown sons. I earned my BS degree from WVU in Forest Resources Management in 1998, and I’ve been actively working as a registered professional forester since that time. My wife and I have owned several homes, and we’ve been involved in many renovations, remodels, and additions. I’ve always enjoyed those types of home projects. I became a Licensed Home Inspector in 2022, and started working as an apprentice with another established Inspector at that time. I’ve been involved in hundreds of home inspections, and enjoy sharpening my inspection skills with continued training. Early in 2024, I joined Tri State Smart Home Solutions, and I’m proud to be a part of their team. I’m very thorough in my inspections, and I like to treat every client as I’d want to be treated if I were in their shoes. I take alot of pride in what I do in the home inspection business. In my spare time, my wife and I love to travel, I enjoy mountain biking, hunting & fishing, and last but not least – spending time with my dog Fletch.
